Jaipur News: ट्रेन से गिरकर यात्री के मौत मामले में कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला, रेलवे को देना होगा मुआवजा

Jaipur News: राजस्थान के जयपुर जिले में रेलवे दावा न्यायाधिकरण ने ट्रेन से गिरकर यात्री की मौत के मामले में पश्चिम-मध्य रेलवे को मृतक के परिजनों को आठ लाख रुपए की राशि बतौर क्षतिपूर्ति अदा करने के आदेश दिए हैं. न्यायाधिकरण ने इस राशि पर 9 फिसदी ब्याज भी अदा करने को कहा है. न्यायाधिकरण ने यह आदेश अल्लाबंदा व जरीना के क्षतिपूर्ति दावे पर सुनवाई करते हुए दिए.
दावे में अधिवक्ता हरिशंकर गौड़ ने न्यायाधिकरण को बताया कि दावाकर्ता का बेटा शाहरुख अपने चाचा के साथ 14 मार्च 2020 को नागपुर से बनस्थली निवाई के लिए बिलासपुर-भगत की कोठी ट्रेन में टिकट लेकर बैठा था. 15 मार्च की शाम को ट्रेन के सवाई माधोपुर पहुंचने पर शाहरुख बाथरूम की ओर गया.
यहां ट्रेन की गैलेरी में हाथ धोने के दौरान झटका लगने और यात्रियों के दबाव के चलते वह चलती गाड़ी से नीचे गिर गया. नीचे गिरने से मौके पर ही उसकी मौत हो गई. दावे में कहा गया कि गाड़ी चलने के दौरान झटका लगने के कारण वह नीचे गिरा था. इसलिए उन्हें आठ लाख रुपए का मुआवजा दिलाया जाए. इसका विरोध करते हुए रेलवे की ओर से कहा गया कि मृतक के पास यात्रा का टिकट नहीं मिला था.
इसके अलावा घटनास्थल की जांच के दौरान जीआरपी ने मृतक द्वारा आत्महत्या करना जाहिर किया था. उसकी मौत ट्रेन के पहियों के नीचे आकर कटने से हुई है. जबकि यदि कोई चलती ट्रेन से गिरेगा तो ट्रैक से दूर गिरेगा. ऐसे में क्षतिपूर्ति दावे को खारिज किया जाए. दोनों पक्षों की बहस सुनने के बाद न्यायाधिकरण ने रेलवे को आठ लाख रुपए का मुआवजा देने के आदेश दिए हैं.
