Google’s Plan to Buy Security Firm Wiz Gets Antitrust Review

The Justice Department’s antitrust officials are examining whether Google’s proposed $32 billion (roughly Rs. 2,75,441 crore) purchase of cybersecurity firm Wiz could unlawfully restrict market competition. The review, which is in its early stages, could last months more. It will ultimately determine whether US officials let the deal proceed.
