इधर, राजपूत समाज के लिए कहा जा रहा है कि वह नाराजगी के कारण उतनी तादाद में वोट डालने के लिए निकला ही नहीं, जैसे पहले निकला करता था। इसका नुकसान बीजेपी को 11 सीट गंवा कर भुगतना पड़ा।
ऐसे में माना जा रहा है कि राजनीतिक फायदा उठाने के लिए बीजेपी जाट समाज या राजपूत समाज से प्रदेश अध्यक्ष चुन सकती है। बिरला वैश्य समाज से आते हैं। लोकसभा अध्यक्ष बनने के बाद कोई नेता पार्टी का प्रदेशाध्यक्ष बना हाे, ऐसा भी कभी नहीं हुआ।

Om Birla’s Background and Career
Birla’s primary working ground has always been Kota. He was born on November 23, 1962. At that time, his father, Shri Krishna, was in government service, while his mother, Shakuntala, managed the household. He completed his schooling at the Gumanpura Government Higher Secondary School in Kota and later earned his B.Com and M.Com degrees from Rajasthan University. He is married to Amita, a government doctor, and they have two daughters, Anjali and Akanksha.
