Captured in CCTV: Car Used to Abduct Businessman

Victim Filed Case in Ramganj Police Station

Naresh Mankani, son of Bhagwan Das Mankani, a resident of Chandravardai Nagar, Ajmer, reported on Wednesday that he owns a plastic item factory near Sufi Mosque on Somalpur Road in Ajmer. While he was sitting in his office in the afternoon, he received a call from an unknown number. The caller introduced himself as Kuka and asked him to come outside the factory’s main gate. He was then asked to sit in a black Honda City car.

The caller inquired about his dispute with Kamru Bhai, to which Naresh replied that there was no issue between them. At that point, the caller pulled out a pistol from his waist and pointed it at Naresh. Another accomplice joined them in the car, also armed with a pistol, and threatened Naresh, saying they had been hired to kill him and warned him to remain silent or be shot. They drove him 20 kilometers away from Ajmer towards Chandwala, where two more armed men joined them. They stopped at a deserted place and threatened Naresh, stating they had been paid 4 million rupees to kill him.

They demanded 4 million rupees and a shop to let him go. During this time, the four men assaulted Naresh, took him out of the car, and made him sit at a crossroads. They pressured him to call his brother and ask for 2 million rupees immediately, claiming it was for a lucrative deal. Following their instructions, Naresh called his brother Lalit, who sent the money with their staff member Nasir Bhai to the location specified by the kidnappers. After taking the 2 million rupees from Nasir, they abandoned Naresh on the road and fled. The police have registered the case and started the investigation.
